How does inflammation cause certain diseases?

Studies show high levels of different inflammatory chemicals prior to the diagnosis of chronic diseases such as cancers, arthritis, skin conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, and even diabetes.

We can manage the development of chronic diseases by decreasing inflammation through a customized anti-inflammatory diet. The immune system resides mainly in the digestive tract. These two organ systems function together every time we eat. The first step in the body for producing inflammation is from food and where we need to address it first.
