How do I start juicing?

Juicing is wonderfully healing for the gut, nourishing to the whole body and supports detoxification.

Begin with a good masticating juicer. Omega 8006 or the Champion are effective masticating juicers for chronic health conditions. Begin juicing in small amounts and with carrots if tolerated.

Other vegetables to consider are swiss chard, red cabbage, lettuces, beets, cilantro or parsley along with green apples. All produce juiced must be organic and washed properly.
